Law Society – Clinical Negligence Accredited
The Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme covers all work undertaken by solicitors and suitably qualified Fellows of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX). The scheme is aimed at better informing victims of medical negligence before they choose their legal representatives, as members of this scheme have shown, to the satisfaction of the Law Society, that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of clinical negligence. As an accredited member, Raleys Solicitors is here to help deal with any case arising out of any act of negligence, breach of contract and/or statutory duty as a result of which the victim has sustained injuries in the course of medical or dental care.
Law Society – Conveyancing Quality

Legal Services Commission (“LSC”) Franchise
Legal Aid is no longer available for personal injury cases but it is still available for certain medical negligence claims. In order to offer eligible clients legal aid funding a firm must pass the LSC's annual quality control criteria.
