Raleys and/or its individual lawyers are members of the following independent bodies:
Good Lawyer Guide
This is an independent guide to solicitors in England and Wales. Our lawyers have been awarded 5 star ratings on this website.
Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS)
Mass is a national association dedicated to helping people who suffer loss or injury as a result of road traffic accidents. All members are experts in road accident and personal injury claims.
Association of Personal injury Lawyers (APIL)
The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) is the trusted organisation in the promotion, encouragement and development of expertise in personal injury law.
Law Society Personal Injury Panel
Many lawyers earn recognition for their expertise in this area of law by achieving membership of this Law Society's accreditation scheme. Membership is evidence that the lawyer’s expertise in this area of law has been verified, and recognised by the Law Society.
Legal Services Commission (“LSC”) Franchise
Legal Aid is no longer available for personal injury cases but it is still available for certain medical negligence claims. In order to offer eligible clients legal aid funding a firm must pass the LSC's annual quality control criteria.
Membership of these independent bodies effectively serves as a quality assurance guide for anyone seeking expert legal advice and representation because these bodies
- promote high standards in legal service provision
- only accept firms who adhere to a strict code of conduct governing best practice
- only accept lawyers that can show experience and expertise in dealing with personal injury work
Raleys also has regular in-house training sessions to ensure its lawyers remain fully up-to-date with the ever changing law and to ensure we can really fight for your rights.
