Asthma

Asthma is a lung disease that can cause symptoms of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness and coughing.

Many substances that people are exposed to at work can cause or make asthma worse. By law, employers have to protect all employees from exposure to harmful substances. If you are ill because your employer failed to protect you properly, you are entitled to seek compensation.
